This service enables the caller not to face busy line and to be connected to one of the other lines. To receive this service, the applicant must personally refer to one of the subscription branches. Only persons who have more than 3 lines in one address, one plot, one floor, one unit and/or one switch are entitled to this service. This service is opened free of charge.
Natural persons: 
Presence of the owner or legal substitute, payment of last bills and all debts of the telephone, head group or sub-group and presenting the original and copy of national ID. card.

Legal entities:  Presentation of the company’s representative with the  introduction letter for requesting the service, by bearing the seal of company, payment of last bill and all debts of the phone for the head of the group or sub-group, and  notice of changes not longer than 2years.
