Subscribers that lose their Simcard could refer to a landline telephone centers and after ascertaining their identity by the user, apply for disconnection of the missing card and the issuance of a new Simcard.

In case of absence of the owner,  his first class relatives could apply for disconnecting the Simcard only for 20 days.
At the expiry of the 20 days, if the owner does not refer to receive the Simcard, the user will be entitled to connect he concerned line.
